If you haven't noticed, I've been hinting a LOT of changes through Instagram. As my personal style tends to evolve, I decided to take it back to my roots, the 90's and throw in my favorite decade, the 70's.
I'm a sucker for the 70's: fashion was really bright + trendy and people began ditching leather jackets and upgraded to funky jackets and what not. Being a 90's kid, I get nostalgic over the simpler times; floppy disks, walkmans (cassette players, kids), and Nickelodeon...so of course I wanted to include my decade along with my outfits!
I'm heading out to New York City on 7/9, and my outfits for Fashion Week + my shoots are all inspired by these two awesome decades. Say hello to the #70sMeets90s Series :D I'll be experimenting by mixing iconic fashion pieces from both decades into a single outfit, such as bright sunglasses with fanny packs!
