Time to hit the city in Banana Republic. Nothing feels better than visiting East Village to run errands, grab a bite, and do some editing and work outside my home office! Lately I've been wearing lightweight and breathable pieces to tackle tasks without breaking a sweat. I'm pretty excited Banana Republic set me up with the two perfect items for Spring: which include leather briefcases and linen shirts!

This leather briefcase is perfect to take along everything you need to spend the day around town; notepad, phone and laptop charger, camera, those iPhone lenses, etc. This briefcase is made out of 100% Italian leather, so you can rest assure that the quality is nothing short of being top-grade quality. Too much to carry? The briefcase comes with a strap, so if your contents get too heavy you can simply add the strap and carry this bad boy on your shoulders. A bonus: the black and cafe tone makes it great to use this briefcase with any outfit, so if you're one of those guys that likes to match the tone of your shoes, bag, and belt I can guarantee that this bag will make it easier to combine two popular tones.

The Camden-Fit Shirt remains one of my favorites, the fit is ideal if you're one of those guys that like to wear shirts either tucked in or untucked. I like to use these shirts around the office, and once you're out of work you can untuck yourself and hit the mall or grab a bite. I have to admit, I like this orange tone, it is not too bright and can be dressed with any other color. This shirt can easily be dressed with a pair of khakis, or a pair of jeans in blue, black, white, or even green! Next time you visit BR make sure to snag a few of these shirts, linen is a must for Spring AND Summer!
