Wake Up In California

From Phoenix to San Diego, then San Diego to Phoenix, all within a 26 hour timeframe.

For the past three Christmases we have managed to split into pieces to be able to visit our families in the Golden State. Normally, my wife and I would visit my mom in Calexico, then go to San Diego to visit my wife’s family. Sadly, my wife has to work on 12/26 and our timeframe to visit our families seemed a bit tight this year. To avoid driving six hours back and forth, we decided to take a flight to San Diego.

I have to admit say we enjoyed taking our trip through US Airways; both trips were just 45 minutes long! To kill time on our way back to Phoenix, we decided to go around the airport and find a good spot to take some pictures.

 This outfit was not “planned” out since I had planned on using my shoes with another shirt and another pair of pants. I know many dudes out there like to match their bottoms to their footwear, but I like to be bold and sometimes step outside the box. Even though they don’t match, they look good together!

Las ultimas tres navidades hemos tenido que componer un horario muy estricto para poder visitar nuestras familias en California. Normalmente, mi esposa y yo visitamos mi mama y su familia en Calexico, y después su familia en San Diego. Desafortunadamente mi esposa termino trabajando el día después de navidad y visitar nuestras familias a la misma vez se no haría imposible. Para evitar el manejar de Phoenix a San Diego y de San Diego a Phoenix, decidimos tomar un vuelo hacia San Diego.

Admito que cada vez que viajamos me encanta viajar vía US Airways. Los viajes fueron cortos y llegamos a ida y vuelta en menos de 45 minutos. Para matar tiempo nos fuimos por el aeropuerto de San Diego para tomar algunas fotos.

Este conjunto no fue planeado, ya que planeaba usar mis zapatos con otro par de pantalones. Yo se que hay mucha gente que le gusta hacer par el color de sus pantalones con sus zapatos, pero ese no es mi caso. Aunque no son del mismo color, mi conjunto se ve padre!
